As can be seen from the photos, the home is perched perfectly on Shoreline Drive across from Leadbetter Beach and Shoreline Park, and a such makes an easy walk to casual and fine dining, parks, beach, harbor, wharf and downtown Santa Barbara's State Street.

Leadbetter beach is across the street.  Grab the provided cooler, beach chairs, boogie board and beach towels for sunrise, day-play or evening walks.  A five-ten minute walk gets you to Brophy Brothers, Shoreline Beach Cafe, Toma restaurant and a host of other notable dining destinations.  A bit further and you're at Stearn's Wharf and downtown State Street.

KITCHEN AND DINING

Indoor ocean-view, kitchen dinning provides seating for up to 10 with both banquette table and bar seating available.  The kitchen is set with Thermador appliances and every cooking implement the novice and experienced cook needs.

Outdoor dining for up to 12 is possible in the fully gated and lush back yard garden.  Cherish the after dinner chats and drinks at the backyard's built-in flagstone firepit or hot tub.

This single level home provides ample sleeping, dining and entertaining for 2 - 10.

3 BATHROOMS

This darling beach home has three baths, two en-suite. All baths include hair dryer, bath sheet size towels, hand towels, wash cloths and bathmats.  Body wash, shampoo and conditioner are also provide.

COME AND STAY A WHILE

Parking is available for up to three vehicles tandem style and free unlimited street parking is available in front of the the home as well.

Onsite laundry is provided and at no charge.  Guest-paid maid service is available weekly or bi-weekly.

The back garden is fully gated and a perfect place for younger guests along with pets to roam in the Santa Barbara sunshine.

Certainly, there are few homes in Santa Barbara with closer proximity to the beach, parks, and dining than this beach gem.
